The annual festival dates back centuries and is dedicated to Avalokitesvara, the Goddess of Mercy. Pilgrims flock here from across Vietnam at the Perfume Pagoda during the festival. How to Reach Perfume Pagoda
From Hanoi, you can take a bus or hire a private vehicle to go to My Duc District. The journey takes about two hours. From there, a boat ride along the Yen Stream leads you to the base of the pagoda, followed by a trek or a cable car ride to the main temple.
